    讲座与沙龙是传播知识、交流思想、启迪智慧的重要载体，将讲座、沙龙与学生的培养相结合，对于营造校园文化氛围、鼓励学术创新、提升大学生综合素质具有重要意义。本文从高校讲座与沙龙的现状出发，着重分析高校学术讲座与沙龙存在的问题，并从育人的角度描述学术讲座与学术沙龙的作用。
