    建筑企业从建筑过程中获得经济利益,所以建筑企业会对工程进度和竣工日期给予较多的关注,如此则工程造价的管理及控制工作会受到企业的忽视。在城镇化水平不断提高的时代背景下,建筑行业也迎来了发展机遇和挑战,建设工程项目业务量与日俱增,与此同时,建筑工程行业对建设质量和管理水平提出了更严格的要求。工程造价会直接影响建设工程造价、工程施工进度、工程质量、建筑企业的经济效益。
