    Abstract：

    经济的发展，城镇化进程的加快，促进交通建设项目的增多。地铁的建设与应用可以缓解城市交通压力,但地铁建设风险高、资金投入大、对施工要求高，原来的设计和管理技术已经跟不上时代的发展。BIM技术（建筑信息模型）应用在地铁建设中，可以实现项目工程生命周期的全程管理。本文就BIM技术在地铁建设运营全生命周期中的运用展开探讨。
