    Abstract：

    新课标对我国初中化学教学提出了新的要求，初中化学教与学的评价体系需要不断调整并将传统评价的侧重点进行改变，评价内容需要侧重学生的全面科学素养的提升，不仅仅评价的是学生考试成绩，结果和过程也同等重要。教师为学生核心素养发展目标的实现，对配套的化学教与学评价体系进行深化改革的同时，就改革中出现的问题加以简明阐述，以及提出改革相关的实施策略。
