Abstract：
家庭是社会的细胞，办好家庭教育，不仅关乎着儿童的健康成长，还肩负着培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的重要使命。但伴随着我国经济发展不断向前推进，城市化进程带来外出务工潮，从而导致许多家庭的子女变成留守儿童。他们因缺失父母陪伴而无法受到良好的家庭教育，无法养成良好的品德甚至走向犯罪的道路，引起了社会的广泛关注。留守儿童的家庭教育缺失问题已然成为了时代必须面对和解决的议题，《家庭教育促进法》在此背景下应运而生，携手家与国的力量，以家庭教育协作体系的方式为留守儿童搭建起一片成长的园地。
