    在中职生成长和发展中，班主任扮演着重要角色，不仅要负责相关管理工作，还要组织和安排各种教学活动。从非知识传授角度看，班主任需要重点提升学生综合素质，注重学生知识水平、道德素养同步提升。所以，中职阶段班主任应充分认识中职生发展特点、心理特点，针对性地实施工作工作，发挥德育工作对中职生发展的促进作用，锻炼其知识能力、提升学生道德修养。
