    教师是教学活动的主要组织者和实施者，教师的知识和技能水平直接影响教学质量。技工院校以培养高技能人才为目标，对教师实践操作能力的要求相对较高。为了确保电气专业人才培养质量，要不断加强教师的培训，创建“双师型”的教师队伍。同时，针对不同的教学需求，开展不同类型的师资培训内容，有效提升师资培训的质量和效果。
