    在小学阶段的数学教学中，培养学生的数学问题意识，对于培养学生的数学素养、创新能力起着至关重要的作用。在“双基”教学下，教师要充分激发学生的学习兴趣，鼓励学生提出问题；经历敢问-乐问-会问-善问-善思的学习过程，从而达到培养数学问题意识的目的。
