    配电自动化系统可以清晰、准确地反映配电网的运行状态，为配电网调控人员提供第一手资料，其数据质量是关系到配电网安全、可靠运行的关键因素。实时、准确、高质量的配电网数据有助于调控人员正确、全面地分析判断电网状态，若配电自动化系统的运行数据无法真实反映现场情况，调控人员便失去了日常决策和事故处理的依据.
