Abstract：
水是生命之源，是维系自然界一切生命活动的根本，在生态系统当中，水资源始终是人们研究的重点。长期以来，在经济高速发展的过程中，为了追求经济利益，往往以牺牲资源和环境为代价，在水资源供需和配置等方面，自然生态系统的需水问题常常是被忽视的一方，人们将关注点都放在了人工生态系统需水方面，过度强调生产、生活需水，而不重视生态环境保护，进而引发环境污染且不断恶化。
