    Abstract：

    油气储运工作是我国能源产业的基础。在科技水平的带动之下，我国的油气资源开采和运输效益得到了一定程度上的提高，但油气资源在储运过程中依然会存在一定的风险性，且这种风险尚未从根本上得到避免，因此，油气加工企业需要从自身的生产情况出发，主动发现油气资源储运的安全隐患，并切实提高油气储运的安全环保管理水平。
