Abstract：
在房屋建筑工程绿色节能施工技术充分体现自身优势的前提下，施工单位应当积极的学习和使用这些技术，不应当排斥这些技术，从长远的角度看，绿色节能技术的成本更低，对施工单位也能带来良好的经济效益，所以，绿色节能施工技术对各环节来说都有益处，值得施工单位大胆应用，通过大量的实践和努力，为我国的可持续发展工作奠定良好的基础。
