Abstract：

建筑建设安全管理是施工过程中的重要工作。装配式建筑施工在预制构件运输、预制构件存放、预制构件吊装、支撑体系完善、高处作业防护以及员工安全意识培养的方面存在诸多安全管理的要点，需要保障安全管理工作的严格落实，才能确保工作人员生命财产安全，避免建设事故的发生，从而推动我国城市现代化的稳步发展。
