Abstract：
随着时代的进步，教育创新发生了变化。教育部发布了一份关于减轻义务教育阶段家庭和课外教育负担的文件，旨在减轻学生的学习负担，减轻父母的心理负担，提高教师管理效率，提高整体效率简而言之，大多数政策策略都是为了减轻负担和提高效率而设计的。在双减背景下，所有学校都必须充分落实课程改革的教育理念，落实小学生教育的道德建设和基本责任，考虑到新时代的政治要求，提高小学高年级班主任管理效率。
