    Abstract：

    魏晋南北朝时期，北方人口大量南移带来了中原地区与江东地区的经济文化交流，中原地区的主要农作物品种也随移民的南下，在南方地区得到一定规模的种植。在侨民与土著长期的文化交往中，南北方文化在碰撞中融合，形成了别具特色的六朝文化。在饮食结构中，作为北方地区的主食之一的小麦在南方社会有了一定程度的接受。
