Abstract：
研究了HS-PEG修饰金溶胶在浓缩至干燥后的稳定性。测量了浓缩至干燥前后金溶胶的UV-vis吸收光谱和SERS光谱，通过光谱的变化揭示其稳定性。结果表明：HS-PEG修饰的金溶胶浓缩至干燥前后，金溶胶的理化性质一致。利用这种性质，可以将金溶胶浓缩至固态保存，使用时，加水恢复至所需金溶胶浓度即可。
