Abstract：

随着我国经济的快速发展，房地产项目也进入了高速发展和成长期，这对于推动经济发展具有十分重要的意义。虽然房地产开发项目的质量是目前最令人担忧的问题，但房地产工程的质量控制程序尚不完善，仍存在影响质量的缺陷，需要积极寻求改进措施。房地产工程建设质量，确保百姓安居乐业，打造百年精品房地产工程。
