    高效能教学可以提高高中生综合素质水平，可以提高职业高中语文教师的教学水平，并且高效能语文课教学也是如今课改新提出的需求。该文作者在职业高中教授多年，因此依据其深厚的教学经验，详细具体的分析了当下职业高中语文教学效能低下的原因，并根据此原因给出了一些自己的建议，望此改进措施可以改进如今环境，解决职业高中语文教学效能低的问题。
