Abstract：
随着我国科技的不断发展，计算机技术逐渐普及于各个行业中，为行业的发展带来了极大的便利，在此背景下衍生出了BIM技术，其广泛应用于建筑工程行业中，为建筑工程的参与者提供了有效的建筑信息，所以说在实际的工程造价管理中，合理应用BIM技术十分有必要，这样更利于工程总价管理的发展和应用，本文先分析了BIM技术的概述，然后进一步分析了如今工程造价管理中存在的问题，最后就BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用进行了研究探讨。
