    Abstract：

    公共图书馆肩负着利用、发扬和传承红色资源和红色基因的重要使命。红色文化记录着最重要的革命奋斗历程，有效的利用红色文化服务有助于更多后人对历史文化的了解，对历史的学习，是公共图书馆最重要的创新工作之一。本文以我国的32 所省级公共图书馆为例，探讨了红色文化服务推广和实施现状，并基于调查结果分析了其中存在的问题，最后提出了实施红色文化服务的有效途径。
