    在“双减”政策背景下，我们要尽量避免出现机械、单调、重复性无效作业或惩罚性作业；作业设计要符合学生年龄特点和心理规律，作业的形式必须多样化，作业设计既要面向全体，又要兼顾个体差异，我们也要积极探索分层作业、弹性作业、个性化作业的设计，探索因材施教下的作业设计；
