    在小学数学教学中，学困生的存在十分普遍，假如教师不能采取有效措施促进学困生的转化，不仅会影响数学教学的质量，对学生的全面发展也会产生很大的阻碍。鉴于此，本文就简要探析了小学数学学困生的形成原因，并提出了一些转化措施，以供相关同仁参考。
