    Abstract：

    培养高校毕业生具有职业规划能力是新时期高等教育提出的新要求，在课程建设中实施职业规划为导向的教学是增强学生综合素养的重要保障。本文以高分子专业教学建设为例，探讨在高分子专业教学中，融合职业规划导向，开展基于职业规划导向的教学工作，此举改革可使学生们提早规划未来的职业定位，从而有目的性的开展学习，培养出兼具自我职业定位准确且专业能力强的综合型人才。
