Abstract：
要把公路的快速发展监测到改革开放时期，进一步加快公路建设，适应经济发展的需要。到目前为止，道路建设的发展已经相当成熟，但相关的道路管理却被忽视，已不能满足社会主义现代化建设的需要。道路管理存在许多长期问题和新问题——超限运输、道路污染、执法不力等。本文针对我国道路管理的现状，提出了相应的解决方案，为道路管理的发展提供了有价值的参考。
