    学生的差异性是客观存在的，作为数学教师应当正视这样的教学现象，并且在基于学生差异性的基础上对学生实施分层教学，让学生都能得到数学能力的提升是非常重要的。在如今新课实施的大环境下，分层教学作为数学教育当中不可忽视的教育手段，对推动学生的数学学习具有重要作用。因此，尊重学生的差异性，在小学数学当中实施分层教学尤为关键。教师不但要重视，更要针对差异性分层教学进一步优化教学策略，切实提升学生的数学学习实效，改善学习效果。
