Abstract：
核心素养其实是一个人综合素质的体现，在核心素养的导向下，教师需要提高对构建翻转课堂的重视程度，应提高他们在学习中的主动性，也让他们从良好的习惯中有更强的获得感，基于此，本文对核心素养下小学语文课堂教学效率低下的原因以及小学语文教学中增强核心素养的对策进行了分析。
