小学数学个性化教学的课堂有效性探讨

Abstract：

传统的小学数学的教学中教师往往采取一刀切的教学方式，对学生采取统一教学标准，看似有助于教学发展，实则对学生的个性化培养具有一定的阻碍。同时，随着学习难度的增加，学生就逐渐与教学脱节，导致班级两极化现象眼中。因此，教师要重视小学数学个性化教学，帮助学生更加积极的学习数学知识，提升学生的综合素养。
