教师职业认同感是教师从事教育工作的理性认识和现实理解的最根本要求。教师职业认同感是新教师的必修课,只有增强职业认同感,才能更好地提升师德水准、执教能力和综合素养。本文尝试从培训者的视角对新进教师职业认同感培训的问题进行探究,一是增强职业认同感的意义,二是职业认同感培训内容的构建,三是职业认同感的培训策略。
