小学道德与法治教材围绕学生实际生活，引导学生养成正确的行为习惯，掌握自然、生活、社会及国家的基本知识，培养学生对生命、生活、自然和祖国的热爱之情，是落实立德树人的重要学科。学生核心素养培养是发挥小学道德与法治学科作用的关键，应受到小学道德与法治教师的重视。
