PAN基碳纤维原丝使用期间,油剂会对其造成一定影响,本文通过分析、归纳影响因素。选择电子显微镜扫描PAN基碳纤维原丝表面形态(沟槽),通过分析PH值、凝固浴φ(二甲基亚砜)、负牵伸倍数、温度等指标的变化,加强对沟槽形态的管控。本文研究结果表明,凝固浴φ(二甲基亚砜)在一定范围内提升,随着温度的降低,PH值提升,牵伸倍数增加,可加深沟槽。
