    行政事业单位是国家重要的事业单位主体，其组织活动的顺利展开离不开国家财政的支持，因此行政事业单位有必要做好财政资金的绩效评价与管理，确保资源的有效利用，这对行政事业自身发展和国家财政的有效运用均有重要意义。本文从行政事业单位财政资金运行出发对行政事业单位财政资金绩效评价与管理工作的调整与优化方法进行研究。
