Abstract：
随着社会的发展和进步，越来越需要高质量高素质的人才作为社会的接班人，所以要求职业院校要重视培养学生的重要意义，并且要意识到职业教育教学质量管理体系在职业院校的重要性，在教育部的引领下能够对职业教育教学质量管理体系进行提升，这样才能保障教育教学的实力能够有所提升，加强和重视人才的培养。本文针对职业教育教学质量管理体系的实践与创新进行研究和探讨并且提出相应对策，希望能为广大教育工作者提供参考和借鉴。
