    Abstract：

    众所周知，他汀类药物（HMG-COA抑制剂）是治疗高脂血症、预防心脑血管事件发生的首选用药。尽管他汀类药物的心血管获益明确，但在实际临床应用中，患者长期服用他汀类药物，还是会担心出现不良反应。他汀类药物主要的不良反应为肌毒性（横纹肌）、肝毒性、肾毒性[1]，因此患者初期使用他汀类药物，医生会叮嘱定期检测相关指标。
