Abstract：
大力发展城市轨道交通是我国当代城市建设的重要战略目标。相比于常规的地面汽车出行，城市轨道交通具有运量大、速度快、准时、洁净等诸多优势。我国凭借轨道交通建设有效地缓解了大城市的交通拥堵和高污染状态，如今在“地铁新时代”的目标下，我国致力于建设更加优质高效的城市轨道运输网络，在实现该目标的过程中，加强安全风险技术体系构建，是很有必要的一环。
