Abstract：
相较于其他类型的交通形式，轨道交通模式表现出十分高效且安全的特征。在轨道交通运输中，需要具有一定的车辆调度、票务以及客流管控的能力。尤其是近几年来，网络信息技术的发展速度极快，因此打造智慧城市，构建信息化城市轨道交通运营管理体系，实现智能化的管理模式势在必行，有助于提高城市交通运营管理工作的效率，确保智慧城市轨道交通管理工作的质量。
