Abstract：
数学是一门基础学科，数学教师在教学过程中，要注重挖掘学生的创新思维，继而培养他们的创新能力。随着新课程标准的深入实施，在初中数学教学中培养学生的创新思维至关重要，但现阶段，仍然有很多教师沿用传统灌输式理论教学模式，对创新思维能力的培养形式大过内容，阻碍了学生的全面发展。本文从培养学生问题意识，培养学生思维灵活性，注重数学概念教学，密切联系生活实际，强化数学创新练习等方面入手，谈谈对初中数学教学创新思维培养模式的几点思考。
