    小学英语作业设计研究能够适应新课改的要求，满足学生不同发展需求，辅助实现教学目标和助推英语教师专业发展。在教育主管单位出台了“双减”政策下，对学生的作业量和用时提出了较为明确的要求。小学英语教师在“双减”背景下，为了促进学生发展，积极展开了作业优化设计的探索。
