Abstract：
社会的发展与科技的进步导致学生的就业压力逐渐加大，中职院校作为我国技能人才的培养摇篮，仅传授学生基础知识和专业技能，已经无法满足人才的培养需求，学校需要重视学生创新能力的培养，充分利用学生专业课程的教学时机，采取必要的教学手段，来调动学生创新兴趣、激发学生创新意识、培养学生创新精神、拓展学生创新空间、挖掘学生创新潜力，使学生成长为兼具创新精神和实践能力的应用型技术人才。
