    Abstract：

    素质教育背景下，如何培育德智体美劳全面发展的人才是每个教师需要重点考虑的问题。以田径教学为例，其项目丰富，且场地多变，对于学生运动能力有很高的要求。目前来看，部分学生在田径运动过程中还存在很多问题，如运动积极性不高、活动模式单一、不注重小组合作等，从一定程度上影响了体育改革的步伐。而趣味教学法的引入改变了这一现状，能够帮助学生从多角度看待体育运动，进而建立持久的运动兴趣。本文就趣味教学法与初中体育田径教学的融合策略展开论述，以期能为更多教育工作者提供有价值的借鉴。
