法律文书写作课程是当代中职阶段人才培养的重要构成部分，当代中职法律文书写作课程教学活动应与时俱进，在科学制定人才培养目标和科学构建以职业需求为课程导向的基础上，科学实施全新的学生素养与能力培养方式方法，进而提升本专业人才培养的科学性和先进性，构建职业教育新生态。
