    Abstract：

    人文素质教育问题一直以来是高等教育的重要问题。民办高校人文素质教育存在重视程度不够、课程建设力度不足、师资队伍建设不完善等问题。近几年来鸿德文理学院通过加强校园文化建设、注重开设人文素质类课程、广泛开展人文系列讲座、用国际化视野和氛围影响学生等方法加大人文素质教育的力度，探索出了符合自身实际的做法，为今后加强大学生人文素质教育指出了努力方向。
