毕业生就业状况是衡量一所大学办学质量和办学水平的重要指标,就业反馈是贯穿工程教育专业认证全程的一项核心工作。在工程教育认证理念下，通过构建大学生就业反馈机制，对提升就业质量，深化校企合作，创新教学改革，促进复合型人才培养，促进高等教育与社会需求接轨有着重要的理论意义。
