    Abstract：

    地方高校的科研平台是促进高校本身科研能力发展的重要一环，也是推进高校服务经济建设的有效手段。当前普通高校科研公共平台建设依然采用传统模式，服务效率和为经济建设服务的能效较低。本文从平台建设，加强科研人员激励，发挥高校特色优势方面探索提升科研平台公共技术支撑的效率，与社会资本优势互补，为普通高校科研平台服务经济建设提供新思路。
