    Abstract：

    近年来，建筑智能化的不断发展下，对机电工程施工提出更高要求，与其他类工程施工专业相比，机电工程项目具有特殊性，需要精准的施工调控，规避工程建设存在的隐患问题，提高机电系统的使用寿命。对此，应加强对机电工程施工期间的质量控制，制定管理机制、引入技术工艺，全面提高机电工程施工质量。文章针对建筑机电工程施工质量影响因素及其控制方法进行研究，期望对建筑行业起到一定建议。
