    Abstract：

    小学是学生学习和成长的重要阶段，而教师的教学素养会直接影响到教学质量以及学生健康成长。我国西藏牧区教育发展速度较慢，很多教师都存在着教学素养不高的问题，继而影响到课堂教学的有效开展。本文分析了西藏牧区小学数学教师教学素养现状，并就如何提升教师教学素养进行了探讨，提出了相应的提升对策和建议，以期能为相关教学者带来一定借鉴意义。
