Abstract：
高职教育的质量和高职教师的素质高低息息相关，其中青年教师是高职院校教师的重要组成部分和发展力量，青年教师职业胜任力对于高职院校的学生质量、高职院校未来的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文采用自编问卷，从交往品质、意志品质、情感态度、自我监控能力、职业态度和成就动机六个维度对高职青年教师胜任力现状进行调查。
