    Abstract：

    随班就读是我国特殊教育的重要形式，指在普通教育机构中对特殊学生实施个别化教育的一种形式，其目的在于提升特殊儿童的适应能力，体现全纳教育的内涵，促进特殊学生的更好发展。但是随班就读的实践并不理想，存在一些亟待解决的问题，需要在加强重视的同时，提升效能，优化策略，使特殊儿童和普通学生都能获得应有的进步。
