    Abstract：

    提高职前教师的教学技能一直是国内外学者普遍关注的课题，但大多忽视了高校教师的日常教学行为对职前教师的影响.本研究以KJ学院本科师范生为调查对象，从九个维度、三个环节分析高校教师教学技能对师范生技能养成的影响，并提出建议.
