Abstract：
随着社会的不断发展，教育的不断改革，教育部门对高中物理教学也提出了新的要求和改革方向，要求高中物理要格外注重学生的核心素养的培养。但在当下的传统教学模式中，是不利于教师培养学生核心素养的，因为传统授课模式是以教师为主体，课本为辅助，这样的学习模式中，学生不仅会对上课的内容丧失兴趣，而且会对物理这门学科彻底丧失热情。因此，教师必须优化自身的教学手法，以核心素养为出发点改革教学，从而促进学生的长远发展。
