在幼儿绘本阅读教育中，教师作为领路者和指引者，需要对幼儿进行引导。教师要注重培养幼儿对于绘本阅读的兴趣，鼓励幼儿阅读，激发幼儿的想象力，不断丰富幼儿的阅读生活，使幼儿受到良好的教育和阅读熏陶，确保幼儿的全面发展。
